These terms apply to text messages sent by Vertex Human.

These messages go to current Vertex Human clients. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
  • Consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt in through our website chat widget or by giving us your number directly.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and program stage.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation, then no further messages.

  • Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
