Vertex Human LLC ("Vertex Human", "we", "us") operates vertexhuman.com and the services described on it. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, mobile phone number, and anything else you submit through a form or chat on our site.
Program information. If you enroll in a Vertex Human program, information you or your providers supply in connection with that program.
Technical information. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar data collected automatically.

2. How we use it

To respond to you and provide the services you asked for.
To send you messages you consented to receive, including SMS.
To schedule and support consultations, testing, and program delivery.
To operate, secure, and improve our services.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

3. SMS messaging and mobile information

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we use it only to send the categories of messages you agreed to. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:

Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
Laboratory and device partners where you have asked us to coordinate testing or equipment.
Authorities where the law requires it.

Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message.
Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services and to satisfy legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements, then delete or de-identify it.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above reflects the current version.
